Far Eastern Heart Forum in Vladivostok 27.07.2026 15:40On July 23–24, Vladivostok hosted the Far Eastern Heart Forum, organized by the School of Medicine and Life Sciences of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The forum operated at two venues: the FEFU campus on Russky Island, from where live broadcasts were streamed from the operating room, and the conference hall of the Lotte Hotel Vladivostok. The forum brought together cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, arrhythmologists, interventional radiologists, and anesthesiologists-intensivists.
The key topics of the program included a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of cardiovascular diseases (with special attention paid to the management of complex comorbid patients), transcatheter techniques, treatment of atrial fibrillation, as well as diagnostic issues and pharmacotherapy for cardiovascular pathologies.
